Hannah Terkper - STEM Educator & Digital Learning Specialist
Hannah Terkper - STEM Educator Edmonton
Hi! I'm Hannah Terkper, a STEM educator based in Edmonton with a love for learning, creativity, and helping students thrive. I hold a Bachelor of Education with a major in biological sciences, a minor in mathematics, and a certification in Sustainability. I'm currently finishing my Master of Education in Emerging Technologies, where I explore the intersection of innovation, equity, and digital learning.
Outside the classroom, I'm passionate about designing meaningful, student-centred learning experiences and developing accessible educational tools. I enjoy programming and have built this website as a platform to share curriculum-aligned resources, original tools, and interactive content. I also enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies, building inclusive STEM programs, and reflecting on my practice as an educator through social media and academic research. When I'm not teaching, you'll likely find me outdoors, trying new recipes, or reading a good sci-fi novel.
This site brings together my teaching, research, and innovation projects. Whether you're here to explore resources, try out the AI tutor, or connect with new tools and strategies, I hope you find something that supports your growth.

Educational Setting and Audience
This website serves as a digital extension of my classroom and educational practice. The primary audience includes students in Grades 7 through 12 enrolled in Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science courses aligned with the Alberta Program of Studies. All resources are designed to support the development of foundational knowledge, reinforce key concepts, and prepare students for both classroom assessments and real-world applications.
In addition to student support, this website is designed to serve a broader educational community. Parents, guardians, and fellow educators can access curated resources, learning strategies, and interactive tools to help foster deeper understanding and engagement. The addition of the Learning Toolkit Hub and the Hannah AI Tutor reflects my commitment to making learning accessible, responsive, and innovative.
As a STEM-focused educator with a passion for equitable access to emerging technologies, I aim to provide tools that empower all learners, especially girls and students from underserved communities. The materials shared here are aligned with curriculum outcomes, ISTE standards, and inclusive design practices.
